We believe that every child is unique and they are the shining stars holding the power to bestrew glowing starlights in our darknesses. So, protecting their purity with tenderness and love must be our core responsibility. JIEWT members took the responsibility to teach the children important subjects like English, Hindi, Odia, etc. Presently we've approximately 27 children. The supply of study materials and books is taken care of by us precisely.

The analytics show that in India a huge portion of the population is considered illiterate, resulting in growing unemployment which concerns all of us. There are uncountable children not getting access to educational opportunities. As responsible social workers, once or twice every month we distribute important educational materials, books, notebooks etc. to educationally backward schools and help them to teach students effectively.

After all these years of hard work, consistency, and persistence we've learned that heaven lies within us and the purpose of life is to protect that heaven at any cost. What we behold in our minds is reflected through our eyes. Cloth distribution programs happen several times a year including on special occasions and seasons. For summer we distribute comfortable clothes and umbrellas, for winter we distribute warm clothes like sweaters, scarves, and blankets.

We celebrate Eid al-Fitr to break our fast symbolizing the conclusion of Ramadan which is entirely a month of fasting, orison, and humanitarianism. At this time we're denied to eat and drink in between daylight and eventide. According to the Islamic calendar, it is considered the tenth month that begins after we get the first sight of the new moon. To memorialize this day, we relish every moment together as a family with sumptuous food and refreshing drinks. As a trust, we also distribute new traditional attires and surprise gifts to the beautiful children at the end of our celebrations.

The strongest pillar of our society is a woman. Without their presence even the sky would fall apart. But unfortunately, we acknowledged this lately after years of oppression. Earlier the patriarchal society intentionally confined women within the four walls of their houses and snatched their freedom to know, express, and live their life the way they wanted to. The young women who became widows at a young age losing their husbands they loved wholeheartedly are helped by our organization to stand on their own feet and learn to live their lives on a brighter note filled with new hopes.

The outbreak of COVID-19 revealed the darkest side of our country. Somehow the main reason behind this downfall is our ignorance and lack of knowledge. When the situations were getting worst, we couldn't stay back and watch everything burn into ashes. And so, we unitedly decided to control the situation through different schemes including dry ration distribution and mask & sanitizer distribution to help those in need during this difficult time.

Underprivileged families suffered a lot during the COVID-19 crisis. Wealthy and financially stable sections remained unaffected to some extent but poor sections became poorer. To support them in their hard times, we organized dry ration distribution programs numerous times. Our team members distributed rice, daal, oil, etc. every week to the helpless families. We also provided continuous food distribution services prominently breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day to the infected patients as we were concerned with their survival. Our organization started sharing homemade food packages as a token of love to the needy and quarantined people as we were concerned that if not us then who will. We believed that we were sent by the almighty specifically to embrace their pain in our hearts and help them to overcome that battle of life.

Maintaining proper hygiene during COVID-19 was really important. As officially announced by WHO, to decrease the number of infected patients it was advised to maintain social distance as well as frequently sanitize our hands properly. But most of the downtrodden families couldn't afford to have it and so to control the crisis we began distributing masks and sanitizers to as many people as we could. On a positive note we saw changes, and what made us happy with our progress were the pure blessings we got in return.
